微波在组织病理学的应用越来越广泛,利用微波产生的超速震荡及穿透效应能加速组织固定,促进染色反应,目前较多用于免疫组化染色,并能有效代替冰冻切片,但在其它方面则报导较少,近年来我们开始利用微波技术在常规石蜡切片,骨组织脱钙、快速代替冰冻切片等方面做了一些工作,现仅将常规组织块的处理内容介绍如下: 一、材料与方法: (1)我们采用浙江临安电子器材厂医用微波仪YMY81B型、分8档输出功率可调,自动恒温控制,材料取自本院及外地手术送检标本包括食道、胃、肠、子宫、乳腺、甲状腺、皮肤等病变。
