PCR(聚合酶链式反应)扩增DNA片段技术,在分子病理学研究中得到较广泛的应用。但提取、纯化、扩增后的DNA片段,经聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和溴化乙锭染色后,在紫外线检测仪下作直观检查。效果虽然较好,但紫外光对人体特别是眼角膜有一定的损害作用,人不能较长时间地处于紫外光的照射之下。经影像技术处理,使其如实地转化在感光胶上,既有利于作永久性资料保存、又减轻了紫外光对人的损害作用。过去我们用常规影像技术
PCR (polymerase chain reaction) amplification of DNA fragments in molecular pathology has been more widely used. However, the extracted, purified and amplified DNA fragments were visualized by UV detector after polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and ethidium bromide staining. Although the effect is better, but the ultraviolet light on the human cornea, in particular, have a certain damaging effect, people can not be a long time under the irradiation of ultraviolet light. The image processing technology to make it faithfully converted in the photosensitive plastic, both conducive to permanent data retention, but also reduce the UV damage to humans. In the past we used conventional imaging techniques
