连锁经营企业战略管理模式已遍布整个第三产业的几乎所有行业,特别是被广泛地应用于服务业领域。房地产行业是指从事房地产开发、建设、经营、管理以及维修、装饰和服务的集多种经济活动为一体的综合性产业,属于第三产业。本文以大连万达集团、北京业之峰诺华装饰有限公司、21世纪中国不动产三家连锁企业为例来分析一下房地产行业的连锁企业经营管理模式。
The strategic management mode of chain stores has spread to almost all industries in the entire tertiary industry, especially in the service sector. The real estate industry refers to a comprehensive industry that integrates various economic activities such as real estate development, construction, operation, management, maintenance, decoration and service, and belongs to the tertiary industry. In this paper, Dalian Wanda Group, Beijing Industry Summit Novartis Decoration Co., Ltd., China 21st Century real estate three chain enterprises as an example to analyze the real estate industry chain management mode.
