目的提高门诊患者用药依从性,促进患者合理、安全用药。为开展门诊患者临床药学服务工作提供参考思路。方法查阅文献资料结合工作实际,从患者进院的每一个点位进行归纳、分析,优化服务流程,关注等待心理,改善等待环境,提高服务质量。结果与结论开展多方位的临床药学服务,助于增进医生、患者、药师之间的沟通,提升患者对医院的满意度、信任度,促进合理用药。
Objective To improve compliance of outpatient medication and promote reasonable and safe medication for patients. Provide reference for clinical pharmacy services in outpatients. Methods According to the actual situation of literature review, we summarized, analyzed and optimized the service process from each point of hospitalization, paid attention to the waiting psychology, improved the waiting environment and improved the service quality. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS The multidirectional clinical pharmacy service helps to promote communication among doctors, patients and pharmacists and enhance patient satisfaction and confidence in hospitals and promote rational drug use.
