2015年5月,国务院正式印发《中国制造2025》,作为中国政府实施制造强国战略第一个十年行动纲领,标志着2015年成为中国制造迈向中国智造的发力元年。围绕《中国制造2025》的一个目标、两化深入融合、三个步骤、四项原则、五条方针、五大工程和十大领域,贯穿2015年~2016年度,在各项政策的推动下,产、学、研、用各界积极行动起来,取得了有目共睹的出色成绩。时值《中国制造2025》发布整整一年,本刊记者就智能制造工程中标准体系建设和企业试点示范等问题,专程采访了工业和信息化部装备工业司副司长、国家重大技术装备办公室主任李东。
In May 2015, the State Council formally issued “Made in China 2025” as the first ten-year action program implemented by the Chinese government in implementing the strategy of building a strong nation, marking the first year of force generation in 2015 that China made its move toward China.
