目的:了解广州市海珠区食品中食源性致病菌的污染情况。方法:随机抽取本地区有代表性食品,依据国标方法,对样品分别进行沙门菌、单增李斯特菌、肠出血型大肠埃希菌O157:H7、金黄色葡萄球菌和副溶血性弧菌分离鉴定。结果:抽取食品169份样品,共检出致病菌15株,总检出率8.9%。其中分离副溶血性弧菌8株,检出率4.7%;沙门菌5株,检出率2.9%;单增李斯特菌1株,检出率0.59%;金黄色葡萄球菌1株,检出率0.59%。结论:海珠区存在着食源性致病菌的污染,其中水产品和生肉是主要污染食品,副溶血性弧菌和沙门菌是污染食品主要病原菌。
Objective: To understand the foodborne pathogenic bacteria in Haizhu District of Guangzhou City. Methods: Samples of representative foods in this area were randomly selected and Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes, Escherichia coli O157: H7, Staphylococcus aureus and Vibrio parahaemolyticus were isolated from samples according to the national standard method Identification. Results: 169 food samples were taken and 15 pathogens were detected, the total detection rate was 8.9%. Among them, 8 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were isolated, the detection rate was 4.7%; 5 strains of Salmonella, the detection rate was 2.9%; 1 Listeria monocytogenes was detected, the detection rate was 0.59%; 1 Staphylococcus aureus was detected Rate of 0.59%. Conclusion: There is contamination of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in Haizhu District. Among them, aquatic products and raw meat are the main contaminated food and Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Salmonella are the main pathogenic bacteria of contaminated food.
