在“一带一路”的倡议下,中国粮油企业顺应时代潮流走出国门。文章阐述了中国粮油企业“走出去”的重要性和必要性,分析了“走出去”可能面临的政治风险、与东道国文化融合的风险、法律风险和复合型人才的缺乏等风险,并提出了避开政治风险高的投资、柔性化管理、融进投资国的文化、积极寻求法律保护和加强国际“职业经理人”培养的建议。
