为解决无线电引信在不同能量型辐射源下的效应试验难题,针对能量型干扰源特点与无线电引信工作特性,提出了一种通用的能量型干扰下无线电引信辐照效应试验方法。采用姿态全自动模拟控制、光纤传输测试、内储式可控供电等方法,最大限度地减小试验设备对辐射电磁场的影响。试验及测试结果表明:该方法可实现引信姿态水平、俯仰、自转、距离等多自由度的全自动控制,3 dB带宽测试系统需求频率<100 MHz的无线电引信发火信号测试以及12~32 V范围内无线电引信可调供电。试验及测试结果也证明了该方法具有较好的有效性和通用性。
In order to solve the problem of radio frequency fuze test under different energy sources, aiming at the characteristics of energy sources and the working characteristics of radio fuze, a universal testing method of radio frequency fuze radiation effect is proposed. Automatic attitude control using analog control, optical fiber transmission test, internal storage controllable power supply and other methods to minimize the impact of test equipment on the electromagnetic field radiation. The test and test results show that this method can realize full automatic control of fuze attitude, pitch, rotation, distance and other degrees of freedom. The 3 dB bandwidth test system can test the fuze signal with a frequency of <100 MHz and the range of 12 ~ 32 V Within the radio fuze adjustable power supply. The test and test results also prove that the method has good effectiveness and versatility.
