对K4169合金焊接热影响区的液化裂纹形成原因及其对焊缝性能的影响作了初步的研究。结果表明,K4169合金焊接热影响区的液化裂纹是由低熔点的Laves相熔化造成的;对粗晶的K4169合金来说,不能以有无液化裂纹来评价焊接接头性能好坏,而应确定一液化裂纹长度的临界值,低于此值时液化裂纹对焊缝的静载力学性能影响不大;时效处理使K4169合金的热裂敏感性增加。
The formation of liquefaction cracks in the HAZ of K4169 alloy and its influence on the weld properties were studied. The results show that the liquefied cracks in the heat-affected zone of K4169 alloy are caused by the melting of Laves phase with low melting point. For the coarse-grained K4169 alloy, the liquefied crack can not be used to evaluate the performance of welded joints, Liquefaction crack length of the critical value, below this value liquefied crack weld on the static mechanical properties of little effect; aging treatment K4169 alloy thermal cracking sensitivity increased.
