目的观察孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘对患儿肺功能及炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取支气管哮喘患儿80例,按照数字随机表法分为对照组和观察组。两组均给予常规布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,同时观察组患儿口服孟鲁司特纳,3个月为一疗程。疗程结束后观察两组患儿肺功能及炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿第1秒用力呼气量、用力肺活量以及呼气流量峰值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿血清超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素测量值对比对照组下降更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘可改善患儿肺功能,降低炎症因子水平。
Objective To observe the effects of inhalation of Montelukast combined with budesonide inhalation on pulmonary function and inflammatory factors in children with asthma. Methods Eighty children with bronchial asthma were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the digital random table method. Both groups were given routine budesonide inhalation therapy, while patients in the observation group oral montelukastone, 3 months for a course of treatment. After the end of treatment, the pulmonary function and inflammatory factors in both groups were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). The forced expiratory volume, forced vital capacity and expiratory flow peak value in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The serum levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin in the observation group decreased more significantly than those in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Montelukast combined with budesonide inhalation treatment of childhood asthma can improve children’s lung function and reduce the level of inflammatory cytokines.
