本文采用自制六环结扎器 ,对 32例门脉高压并食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者进行胃镜下套扎治疗 ,并与进口多环结扎器及国产单环结扎器相比较。结果急症止血成功率 93.8% (2 0 32 )、两次治疗曲张静脉闭塞消失率 87.5 % (2 8 32 )、术后再出血发生率为 0 ,并发症 (腹水加重 ) 3.1% (1 32 ) ,而进口对照组分别为 94.1% (80 85 )、87.1% (174 85 )、2 .4% (2 85 )及 4.7% (4 85 )。两组无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但自制六环结扎器价钱低廉 ,优于进口结扎器。
In this article, a self-made six-ring ligation device was used to treat 32 cases of portal hypertension and esophageal variceal hemorrhage under gastroscope ligation, and compared with imported multi-loop ligation and domestic single-loop ligation. Results The success rate of emergency hemostasis was 93.8% (2032), the rate of disappearance of varicose vein occlusion was 87.5 % (2 832), the incidence of postoperative rebleeding was 0, and the complication (increased ascites) was 3.1% (1 32). However, the imported control group was 94.1% (80 85), 87.1% (174 85), 2.4% (2 85) and 4.7% (4 85), respectively. There was no statistical difference between the two groups (P > 0.05), but the self-made six-ring ligator was cheaper than the imported ligator.
