在冲天炉熔炼条件下生产稀土蠕墨铸铁存在一定的缺点。主要是蠕化处理后,铁水表面出现较多的粘稠浮渣,需要搅拌、扒渣、劳动强度大。且在炉料质量(主要是焦炭含硫量)波动较大的情况下难以稳定获得铸铁中的蠕虫状石墨。近年来,我们针对上述问题进行了试验研究,现在已获初步效果,炉前处理工艺有所改进。现介绍如下。
There are some disadvantages in the production of rare earth vermicular graphite iron under cupola melting conditions. Mainly after the vermiculite treatment, there are more viscous scum on the surface of the molten iron, which needs stirring, slag-cutting and labor-intensive. And it is difficult to stably obtain vermicular graphite in cast iron under the condition that the charge quality (mainly the sulfur content of coke) fluctuates greatly. In recent years, we conducted a pilot study on the above issues, and now we have achieved initial results, improving the furnace pretreatment process. Now introduced as follows.
