目的建立薄层扫描法测定芪黄口服液中黄芪甲苷含量。方法以氯仿甲醇水(65∶35∶10)为展开剂,采用双波长反射式锯齿扫描方式进行测定,测定波长λs=530nm,参比波长λR=700nm。结果黄芪甲苷在0.948~4.740μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9989),平均加样回收率为98.23%,RSD=1.40%。结论本法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为芪黄口服液的定量分析方法。
Objective To establish a thin layer scanning method for the determination of astragaloside IV in Zhihuang Oral Liquid. The method was carried out with chloroform methanol water (65:35:10) as the developer and the dual-wavelength reflection zigzag scanning method was used to measure the wavelength λs=530nm and the reference wavelength λR=700nm. Results Astragaloside IV had good linearity in the range of 0.948~4.740μg (r=0.9989). The average recovery was 98.23% and the RSD was 1.40%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as a quantitative method for the analysis of Zhihuang Oral Liquid.
