目前,我国高职院校的师资队伍状况不容乐观,普遍存在着学历偏低、整体素质不高、职称结构不合理、实践能力差等问题。从对师资队伍的要求来说,高职院校的教师既要有良好的素质,又要有丰富的教学经验;既要有更为全面的知识储备,较高的专业技术应用能力和组织管理能力,又要有较强的社会活动能力和知识创新能力;既是向学生传授知识的讲师,又是本专业的工程师、经济师、技师,成为指导学生实践锻炼的“双师型”教师。
