目的建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中多种有机毒物的方法。方法用活性炭管采集样品,经CS2解吸,通过DB-FFAP毛细管气相色谱柱分离,以火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测。结果本法可同时分离测定空气中16种有机组分,回归方程相关系数均在0.999 5以上,检测限为0.45~12.52μg/ml,加标回收率在80%~103%之间。结论本法能同时快速准确测定工作场所空气中多种有机化合物。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of various organic toxicants in the air by capillary gas chromatography. Methods Samples were collected by activated charcoal tube, desorbed by CS2, separated by DB-FFAP capillary gas chromatography column and detected by flame ionization detector (FID). Results The method could be used for the simultaneous determination of 16 kinds of organic components in the air. The correlation coefficients of the regression equation were above 0.999 5 with the detection limits of 0.45 ~ 12.52 μg / ml and the recovery rates of 80% ~ 103%. Conclusion This method can simultaneously and quickly and accurately determine a variety of organic compounds in the workplace air.
