玻璃体腔内注射雷珠单抗治疗新生血管性青光眼的疗效分析

目的:采用玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗新生血管性青光眼,评价其对虹膜新生血管(NVI)消退和眼压控制的作用,可作为全视网膜光凝的辅助手段,减少活动性a创建一个良好的平台。方法回顾性分析我院2014年1月~2015年1月收治的新生血管性青光眼(NVG)患者18例(18只眼)的临床资料,均采取玻璃体腔内注射雷珠单抗,结合全视网膜光凝治疗及部分行抗青光眼术。所有患者随访12个月,对NVI消退程度、眼压控制情况和视力提高程度进行比较。结果分别于第3个月、6个月、12个月后随访,所有患者虹膜新生血管均完全消退,视力和眼压有不同程度的改善,患者眼痛、头痛症状缓解。结论雷珠单抗治疗NVG患者,对NVI消退和眼压控制起到一定作用,同时提高抗青光眼手术的成功率,加快了虹膜新生血管及视网膜新生血管的消退。但这一作用具有时间局限性,需要反复进行雷珠单抗注射以维持疗效。
