目的建立简便快速而实用的尿锰测定方法。方法尿样用复合基体改进剂稀释后,直接用涂钼高密石墨管-石墨炉原子吸收法测定锰含量。结果尿锰浓度在0.007~0.364μmol/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数(r)=0.9992,相对标准偏差为1.9%~3.9%,检出限为0.007μmol/L,回收率为97.8%~102.1%。结论本法操作简便快捷、准确可靠、安全环保,适用于尿锰的测定。
Objective To establish a simple, rapid and practical urine manganese determination method. Methods After the urine sample was diluted with the composite matrix modifier, the content of manganese in the sample was directly measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry after coating with molybdenum-coated high-density graphite tube. Results The urinary manganese concentration showed a linear relationship in the range of 0.007 ~ 0.364μmol / L with the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.9992, the relative standard deviation of 1.9% ~ 3.9%, the detection limit of 0.007μmol / L and the recovery of 97.8% 102.1%. Conclusion This method is simple and quick, accurate and reliable, safe and environmental protection, suitable for the determination of urinary manganese.
