新课程明确要求:要培养学生具有持续学习和创造学习的能力,以适应新时代发展的要求。先学后教的教学模式能从根本上适应这一目的。就如何构建先学后教,自主学习的教学模式进行多年的实践,这种模式真正转变了教师角色,优化了教学过程,培养了学生良好的学习习惯和学习方法,满足了学生终身发展的需要,真正实现了有效教学。针对先学后教,自主学习教学模式的构建谈几点看法,以求与同行进行必要的探讨。
