现代企业制度下人才资源开发至关重要.在我们石油系统科技人才中,众多女工程技术人员以其无可争议的创造性劳动赢得人们的尊重,如何进一步挖掘她们的潜能,发挥她们的作用?笔者以此为目标在河南油田进行了专项调查研究.女工程技术人员基本情况1.女工程技术人员在河南油田职工中的比例.职工总数38963人,其中女职工11655人,女工程技术人员642人.就是说,女职工占油田职工总数的29.91%,女工程技术人员占油田职工总数的1.65%,占女职工人数的5.51%.2.在干部中所占比例.占油田干部的5.76%,占女干部的18.87%,占油田专业技术干部的5.97%,占油田女专业技术干部数的19.28%.3.女工程技术人员的技术职务.学历、年龄情况如后附表一.女工程技术人员中,高、中、初级技术职务的比例分别为3.4%,18.1%,65.4%.
