With the revolution of modern science and technology bringing unprecedented development to human society, it also brought enormous interference to nature, thus leading to the so-called “global problem.” The “global problems” in today’s world generally refer to comprehensive issues that are intertwined by: (1) population issues; (2) food issues; (3) non-renewable resources issues; (4) Industrialization; (5) Environmental pollution. They are seen as “five factors that ultimately determine and limit the growth of our planet.” In the face of our developing countries, the issue of environmental pollution is particularly prominent. With the expansion of the scale of economic activities, the advent of new technologies and the enhancement of industrialization have brought about a serious deterioration of the environment. According to statistics, 150 million tons of sulfur dioxide are discharged into the environment each year, over 400 billion tons of waste water and over 3 billion tons of solid waste are discharged. Seriously damaging the ecosystem of nature and causing global temperature increase, sea level rise and land desertification, which have seriously threatened the survival and development of mankind.
