采用LTQ-Orbitrap这一新型高分辨质谱,建立了食用油中4种黄曲霉毒素的检测方法。样品经乙腈水提取后,通过MycoSep226多功能净化柱进行净化,净化后的溶液经浓缩、定容、过滤。滤液利用LTQ-Orbitrap在选择离子扫描(SIM)模式下进行分析。结果表明:方法对4种黄曲霉毒素的检出限在3μg/kg以下;在3、10μg/kg的加标水平下回收率在70.8%~109%之间;该法与国标进行比较,检测结果基本一致。方法具有前处理简单、灵敏度高、定性准确的优点,适合于食用油中黄曲霉毒素的检测。
Using LTQ-Orbitrap, a new high-resolution mass spectrometer, the detection of four aflatoxins in edible oils was established. After the sample was extracted by acetonitrile, purified by MycoSep226 multifunctional purification column, the purified solution was concentrated, fixed volume and filtered. The filtrate was analyzed using LTQ-Orbitrap in selected ion scan (SIM) mode. The results showed that the detection limit of the four aflatoxins was less than 3μg / kg and the recoveries were between 70.8% and 109% at the spiked levels of 3 and 10μg / kg. The method was compared with the national standard, The results are basically the same. The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment, high sensitivity and qualitative accuracy, and is suitable for the detection of aflatoxins in edible oil.
