目的 :灵活运用麻醉机达到吸入 10 %低浓度氧放射治疗的效果。方法 :采用国产麻醉机使其笑气通路与氧气连接 ,氧气通路与纯氮气连接 ,开启并调节流量开关在DatexCapnomao呼吸监护仪监测下使病人吸气体浓度控制为 10 %左右的氮氧混合气体。结果 :通过对实施低氧放射治疗的 83例恶性肿瘤患者的观察 :吸入 10 %低氧混合气体后病人的脉搏氧饱和度 (SpO2 )下降 ,随之出现心率加快 ,呼吸率加快 ,平均动脉压上升等代偿反应 ,这种代偿反应的峰值出现时间为急性缺氧的 2~ 3分钟 ,以后略有下降。SpO2 在呼吸低氧 3分钟左右可降至90 %以下 ,5~ 7分钟相应处于下降的最低水平阶段。结论 :合理使用麻醉机能安全有效地达到吸入 10 %低氧放射治疗的要求。吸入该麻醉回路中低氧 5分钟左右是实施低氧放射治疗的最佳时机。
Purpose : Flexible use of anesthesia machine to achieve inhalation of 10% low concentration oxygen radiation therapy. METHODS: A domestic anesthesia machine was used to connect the laughing gas channel with oxygen, the oxygen channel was connected with pure nitrogen, and the flow switch was turned on and the flow switch was controlled under the monitoring of the Datex Capnomao respiratory monitor to control the patient’s suction gas concentration to be about 10% of the nitrogen-oxygen gas mixture. . RESULTS: Observations of 83 patients with malignant tumors who underwent hypoxia radiotherapy: Inhaled 10% hypoxic gas mixture decreased pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2), followed by an increase in heart rate, respiratory rate, and mean arterial pressure Rise and other compensatory responses. The peak time of this compensatory response is 2 to 3 minutes of acute hypoxia, and then it decreases slightly. SpO2 can be reduced to below 90% in about 3 minutes of hypoxia, and to the lowest level in 5 to 7 minutes. Conclusion: Reasonable use of anesthesia can safely and effectively achieve the requirement of 10% hypoxic radiation therapy. Inhalation of hypoxia in the anesthetic circuit for about 5 minutes is the best time to perform hypoxic radiation therapy.
