去年以来,笔者走访了十多家乡镇企业,对乡镇企业档案管理现状进行了初步调查。从调查中,发现部分乡镇企业档案工作在围绕企业走向市场中出现了一些可喜的变化,档案意识明显增强,档案管理机构、人员基本稳定,档案管理职能得到巩固。同时,调查中也发现,目前也有不少企业随着“升级”工作 Since last year, I visited more than a dozen township enterprises and conducted a preliminary investigation of the current status of the file management of township enterprises.
