我们在立式电机圆筒形机座(附图)上钻孔攻丝,原使用两台钻床,两人同步操作,一人钻孔、一人攻丝。由于定位误差较大,使得丝锥易于折断。后米我们用图示方法定位,效果较好。用一块2mm厚的铁板,焊一只螺母与螺钉A相配,螺钉4作为可调支承。在铁板上端两角钻两个通孔,采用吊环螺栓将铁板与机壳紧固为一体,调节可调支承4,使工件在平台上无滚动后再钻孔攻丝,丝锥就不易折断了。
