一种新型单元耦合阵列化可变耦合度集成磁件的研究及应用

集成电感的研究对开关变换器实现小型化、轻量化具有重要意义,而且对变换器稳态和动态特性有显著改善,传统整体磁芯集成磁件存在设计复杂、成本较高、局部温升较高导致变换器损耗增加和效率降低等不足,该文通过对传统整体磁件进行等体分割,分析其磁路等效原理,提出一种单元耦合结构阵列式。分析了电感集成原理,给出了阵列式集成电感的单元位置拓扑和单元组合结构拓扑,并分析给出了自感互感单元匝比和磁阻比与电感耦合度的关系。通过耦合度范围对比,所提出的阵列式集成电感的集成耦合度与设计准则完全一致。建立了集成磁件仿真模型,仿真结果表明采用阵列式磁芯结构的集成耦合电感的两相电压调理模块(voltage regulating module,VRM)相比传统集成耦合电感具有更好的稳态特性和动态特性。设计耦合电感实验样机分别应用于两相交错并联双向 DC-DC 变换器和四相 VRM,实验结果和仿真一致,证明了所提出的阵列式集成电感不仅具有实用性,而且比传统整体磁芯结构耦合电感具有更好的特性。“,”The research on magnetic integration inductors have great significance on miniaturization and lightweight of switch converters, and it can also improve the steady-state and dynamic characteristics of the converter. The traditional integral core magnetic integration has some defects such as complexity of design, high costs, and the increase of converter costs and the decrease of efficiency due to high local temperature. Through equivalent segmentation of traditional integral magnetics and analysis of the principle of the equivalent magnetic circuit, a new kind of unit coupling array integrated magnetic topology was put forward. The basic principle of inductor integration was analyzed, the unit position topology and the unit combination topology of array integrated inductors were given, and the relationships between the turn ratio and the reluctance ratio of the self-inductance and the mutual inductance and the coupling degree were analyzed. The consistency of the coupling degree of array integrated inductors with the design criteria was proved by comparison of coupling degree ranges. A simulation model of integrated magnetics was established, and the simulation results show that the steady-state and dynamic characteristics of the 2-phase coupled inductors voltage regulating module (VRM) were better than the traditional coupled inductors. A prototype of coupled inductors was constructed and applied to 2-phase interleaved bi-directional DC-DC converters and 4-phase VRM respectively, and the experimental results were consistent with the simulation results. This proved that the integrated inductors proposed in this paper not only has good practicability but also has good properties compared with the traditional integral magnetic core.
