目的探讨生长抑素治疗老年急性糜烂出血性胃炎大出血患者的疗效。方法选取符合诊断标准的老年急性糜烂出血性胃炎大出血患者64例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。2组患者

目的探讨生长抑素治疗老年急性糜烂出血性胃炎大出血患者的疗效。方法选取符合诊断标准的老年急性糜烂出血性胃炎大出血患者64例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。2组患者均给予抑酸、止血、补液等对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用生长抑素。记录并比较2组治疗效果、出血停止时间、1周内出血复发率、住院时间、住院费用等情况。结果治疗组72 h内止血率为93.75%,对照组为71.87%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组1周内再出血率为0.00%,对照组为6.25%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论生长抑素
