作者提出用有效充型能力概念来表示铝合金在干砂消失模铸造中的充型能力,给出了有效充型能力的数学表达式,综合分析了各种因素的影响。系统地研究了涂料性能对合金充型的影响,结果表明,涂料透气性和保温性均严重影响合金的有效充型能力,小范围内提高浇注温度不能补偿涂料性能不良的影响,只有当涂料同时具有优良透气性和较高保温性时,才能保证合金有较高的有效充型能力。
The author proposes that the concept of effective filling capacity be used to express the filling ability of aluminum alloy in the dry sand extinction mold casting and the mathematical expression of effective filling capacity is given. The influence of various factors is analyzed comprehensively. The effects of coating properties on the filling behavior of the alloy were studied systematically. The results showed that both the permeability and the thermal insulation properties of the coating seriously affect the effective filling capacity of the alloy. However, increasing the pouring temperature in a small range can not compensate for the poor coating performance. With excellent breathability and high thermal insulation, to ensure that the alloy has a higher effective filling capacity.
