目的探讨16层螺旋CT技术参数对肘关节容积重建(volume rendering,VR)图像质量的影响。方法在CT扫描电压、电流固定的条件下采用不同的技术参数,分别对162例肘关节损伤患者作16层螺旋CT扫描,在CT三维影像工作站上进行容积重建,评估和比较不同技术参数下VR的图像质量。结果螺距相同时的VR,薄层重建的图像明显优于厚层重建的图像,厚层重建的VR图像失去诊断价值;重建层厚相同时,小螺距的VR图像优于大螺距的VR图像;在螺距≤1.2 mm、层厚≤3.0 mm的范围内,螺距及重建层厚相同而探测器不同时,16×0.75探测器的VR图像优于16×1.5探测器的VR图像。结论探测器为16×0.75或16×1.5、螺距≤1.2 mm、重建层厚≤2.0 mm时,16层螺旋CT的肘关节VR图像可以满足诊断要求。
Objective To investigate the effect of 16-slice spiral CT on image quality of volume rendering (VR). Methods Sixty-two patients with elbow joint injury underwent 16-slice spiral CT scan under different CT scan voltage and current conditions. Volume reconstruction was performed on CT three-dimensional imaging workstation to evaluate and compare VR Image quality. Results When the pitch is the same, the images of VR and thin-layer reconstruction are obviously superior to the images of thick-layer reconstruction. The thick-layer reconstructed VR images lose the diagnostic value. When reconstructing the same layer thickness, the VR images of small pitch are better than the large pitch VR images. For the pitch ≤1.2 mm and the layer thickness ≤3.0 mm, the VR image of the 16 × 0.75 detector is better than the VR image of the 16 × 1.5 detector for the same pitch and reconstructed layer thickness but different detectors. Conclusion When the detector is 16 × 0.75 or 16 × 1.5, the pitch ≤ 1.2 mm and the reconstructed layer thickness ≤ 2.0 mm, the 16-slice spiral CT images of the elbow can meet the diagnostic requirements.
