高校扩招与大学生就业难,已经成为一个社会热点问题。高等教育体制改革的深化和毕业生就业方式的转变,使得职业生涯规划的重要性日益突出。鉴于此,本文从职业生涯规划入手,分析了职业生涯规划的重要性,通过对陕西经济管理职业技术学院高职学生进行访谈,了解学生的职业规划现状及存在的问题,提出了相应的解决措施。 Expansion of college enrollment and college students employment difficulties, has become a social hot issues. The deepening of the reform of higher education system and the change of graduates’ employment pattern make the importance of career planning become increasingly prominent. In view of this, starting with career planning, this article analyzes the importance of career planning. Through interviewing higher vocational students of Shaanxi Economic Management Vocational and Technical College, understand the status quo and existing problems of students’ career planning and put forward corresponding solutions .
