军事人才评价是选拔任用军事人才的基础和前提。建立和完善符合信息化发展需求的新型军事人才评价体系,是推进军队人才战略工程、建设信息化军队、打赢信息化战争的必然要求。建立和完善这一体系,应聚焦信息化人才的必备素质和创造业绩,制定突出信息时代特征的新型军事人才评价标准;应着眼确保评价的公正准确,建立促进信息化人才脱颖而出的科学评价机制;应适应完成多样化军事任务的要求,采用综合、辩证的人才评价方法。
Military personnel evaluation is the basis and premise for selecting and appraising military personnel. Establishing and perfecting a new type of evaluation system for military personnel in line with the needs of informatization development is a necessary requirement for pushing forward the strategic project of military personnel, building an information-based military and winning an informatized war. Establishing and perfecting this system should focus on the necessary qualities and achievements of informatized professionals and formulate a new evaluation standard for military professionals that highlights the characteristics of the information age. The evaluation should be fair and accurate, and a scientific evaluation mechanism should be established to promote the emergence of informatized professionals ; Should be adapted to meet the requirements of a variety of military tasks, using a comprehensive and dialectical method of talent evaluation.
