针对现有检定规程以及校准规范都无法完成对加热消解仪的检定/校准的问题,提出了一种加热消解仪的校准方案。再具体结合加热消解仪工作原理,对校准的环境条件、标准器及配套设备作了具体要求,并对该种校准方法的标准器探头布点以及操作方法进行具体阐述,利用盛有甲基硅油的试管通过支架固定在各个加热孔中来完成对加热消解仪的校准,并根据该方法给出了加热消解仪温度示值误差、均匀度、波动度的计算表达式,同时给出了加热消解仪示值误差的不确定度评定方法。
