近几年来,我们根据女生的生理、心理特点,在女生体操课中安排了高低杠第一套技术动作的学习。如何使学生更好地掌握高低杠第一套动作呢?我在教学中是这样做的。在大学,学生们对新学的技术动作除了有较好的模仿能力之外,还有一定的分析能力和鉴别能力。因此体育课强调理论与实践的统一,对学生们来说是能够起到更好的作用的。在高低杠教学中,我将要领编成口诀,写在黑板上,再将动作画成图,使学生在练习时不但可以参看图解,还可以用要领指导,实践效果很好。高低杠第一套动作图解如下:
