在英明领袖华主席抓纲治国战略决策的指引下,为了更好地贯彻“预防为主”的方针,面向基层、防病治病,保护职工身体健康。我院对呼吸四病,特别是慢性肺源性心脏病在工矿企业的发病情况进行了普查和防治工作。伟大导师毛主席和敬爱的周总理生前对广大人民群众的健康与疾病防治极为关怀,对呼吸四病的全国性科研和防治工作,作了多次重要指示。可是,由于“四人帮”的干扰破坏,此项工作曾一度受到影响。粉碎了“四人帮”呼吸四病的科研和防治工作再次受到重视。
