电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪已经广泛应用于无机元素的分析测定,以重点实验室Thermo6300等离子体原子发射光谱仪为例,简要介绍了等离子体原子发射光谱仪的运行原理,详细阐述了在使用过程中标准曲线相关系数较差、仪器点火失败、精密度下降等常见问题及解决方法。并结合多年实验室仪器管理经验,提出了仪器的维护保养方法及注意事项,以供从事等离子体原子发射光谱仪使用及管理人员参考。
