检察统计是人民检察院对检察工作的各种数据进行收集、整理、汇总和综合分析,反映检察工作的真实情况,揭示检察工作的活动规律。随着检察工作的不断发展,基层检察统计工作在检察事业发展中的作用也愈加明显。然而,当前检察统计工作以完成统计报表为主,统计分析不力,统计监督意识淡薄的问题较为突出,使检察统计未能真正起到预测形势、总结成绩和问题,服务领导决策的作用。据此,本文就如何发挥统计监督功能,服务基层检察工作进行了思考与探索。
Prosecutorial statistics is the People’s Procuratorate on the procuratorial work of the various data collection, collation, a summary and comprehensive analysis of the procuratorial work to reflect the real situation and reveal the procuratorial work activities. With the constant development of procuratorial work, the role of grass-roots procuratorial and procuratorial work in procuratorial work has become even more evident. However, the current work of procuratorate statistics mainly focuses on the completion of statistical reports, the weak statistical analysis and the weak awareness of statistical supervision, so that procuratorate statistics can not really predict the situation, summarize the achievements and problems, and serve as a guide for decision-making. Accordingly, this article has carried on the thinking and the exploration on how to give play to the function of statistical supervision and serve the procuratorate work at the grassroots level.
