随着我国社会主义市场经济秩序的确立,择业志向、择业方式、择业观念都发生了显著变化,从计划经济体制下的统包统分政策,到社会主义市场经济体制下的市场竞争就业模式。面对就业市场的激烈竞争,许多毕业生在求职时常常感到无所适从,出现了许多心理问题。因此深入研究和探讨毕业生在择业过程中的心理问题,并采取适当的措施进行调适,对提高毕业生择业成功机会,促进大学生就业显得尤为重要。就业对于大部分大学毕业生都是平生第一次,有的学生踌躇满志,有的忧心忡忡,有的采取无所谓的态度,认为船到桥头自然直。面对毕业生的种种心态,本文以社会心理学的心理调适理论为基础,就学生就业前如何做好心理准备与自我调适问题进行探讨,以帮助毕业生增强心理健康意识,通过自我调适,适当减缓心理压力,实现顺利就业目标。
