辽宁省建材局受国家建材局委托于1984年10月18～22日分别在沈阳市和天津市召开了由沈阳水泥机械厂生产的φ2850×39000毫米、φ2000×21000毫米蒸压釜样机制造技术鉴定会。参加鉴定会的有国家建材局,有关省市劳动局、建材局、标准局,大专院校、设计、制造、使用及锅炉监察等单位的65名代表。
