据美国海关统计,2000年中国向美国出口纱线0.23亿美元,出口面料4.27亿美元,纺织制成品23.49亿美元服装64.62亿美元。纺织品服装出口合计为92.62亿美元,同比增长9.94％。一、2000年通关水平略有提高(见表一)2000年1-4组的配额协议量较1999年增长1％。实际通关数量较上年增长0.8,一组、三组的通关率有所提高,四组的配额数量有较大增长,但通关数量却略有下降,导致清关率下降较大。还有三个类别不属于以上四个分类的组别,即为369S、863S、870。369S的配额数
According to U.S. customs statistics, in 2000, China exported 23 million U.S. dollars of yarn to the United States, 427 million U.S. dollars of fabric exports, and 2.642 billion U.S. dollars of textile products worth 2.349 billion U.S. dollars. Textile and garment exports totaled 9.262 billion US dollars, an increase of 9.94%. I. The level of customs clearance increased slightly in 2000 (see Table 1) In the 1-4 groups in 2000, the quota agreements increased by 1% over 1999. The actual number of customs clearances increased by 0.8 over the previous year. The customs clearance rates of the first group and the third group increased. The quota of the four groups increased greatly, but the number of customs clearance decreased slightly, resulting in a large drop in the customs clearance rate. There are three more categories that do not belong to the above four categories, that is, the quotas for 369S, 863S and 870.369S
