作者对6名48~60岁男性病人,因患一侧声带癌而行单侧声带激光切除术后的音质作了回顾性分析。用三种方法对其发声功能进行检查,即:(1)喉动态镜;(2)持续呼气性发声和持续吸气性发声的喉部额状面断层摄影;(3)嗓音三维的声学分析。结果:间接喉镜示全部病例在手术部位形成一个与正常声带相似的新声带,有足够的内收活动,仅1例新声带发红,另1例术侧室带肥厚。动态镜检表明新声带振动良好,与健侧声带的振动有同时性和同相性,但其振幅较短;6例中有4例健侧声带的振幅也较正常人为短。额状面断
The authors retrospectively analyzed the sound quality of six men aged 48-60 years with unilateral vocal cord laser ablation due to one-sided vocal cord cancer. The vocal function is examined in three ways, namely: (1) laryngeal dynamic mirror; (2) laryngeal frontal plane tomography with continuous exhalation and sustained aspiration; (3) acoustic three-dimensional acoustics analysis. Results: Indirect laryngoscopy showed that all the cases formed a new vocal cords similar to the normal vocal cords at the surgical site, with sufficient adduction activity. Only one new vocal cord was red and the other side had hypertrophy. Dynamic microscopic examination showed that the new vocal cords vibrated well and had the same amplitude and in-phase with the vibration of the contralateral vocal cords, but the amplitudes were shorter. The amplitude of the contralateral vocal cords in 4 of 6 cases was also shorter than that of the normal ones. Frontal face off
