食物变应原可以引起许多疾病。在确定了引起反应的变应原之后设法与之脱离接触,便可避免发病。目前临床上用于此目的的方法不少,但都是既费时又耗资,所需设备也较复杂。作者们利用耳-心反射(auriculo-cardiac reflex),来确定引起变态反应性疾病的食物变应原,方法简单,需时短暂,耗资低廉。方法是将耳部分为交感区与副交感区,用滤纸浸渍不同种类的抗原浸液分别在交感区或副交感区皮肤上缓慢移动位
Food allergens can cause many diseases. After you have identified the allergen that caused the reaction and managed to disengage it, you can avoid the disease.
