目的 了解卡环戴入前后基牙牙面微生态平衡的变化 ,并探讨不同卡环引起上述变化的差异。方法 检测备牙前、戴牙一个月及三个月时铸造卡环和锻丝卡环所在基牙牙面的可培养菌总量以及变形链球菌、粘性放线菌和乳杆菌组成比的变化。结果 与备牙前相比 ,戴牙一个月及三个月时 ,两种卡环所对应的基牙牙面的检出菌总量以及变形链球菌和粘性放线菌的组成比均明显增高 ,其差异具有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,且锻丝卡环所对应的牙面比铸造卡环所对应的牙面的变形链球菌组成比增高更明显 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 卡环的戴入在牙面形成新的滞留区 ,促进细菌沉积及致龋菌繁殖。与铸造卡环相比 ,锻丝卡环引起的上述变化更显著
Objective To understand the changes of the microecological balance of dental abutments before and after the snap ring was worn, and to explore the differences caused by the different snap rings. Methods The total amount of culturable bacteria and the composition ratio of Streptococcus mutans, Actinomyces viscosus, and Lactobacillus were measured before and one-month and one-month dental castings were measured. Results Compared with the pre-tooth preparation, when the teeth were worn for one month and three months, the total amount of the detection bacteria and the composition ratio of Streptococcus mutans and viscous actinomycetes of the two kinds of snap rings were significantly increased, The difference was statistically significant (P <0. 05), and forged snap ring corresponding to the tooth surface casting ring than the corresponding Streptococcus mutans composition ratio increased more significantly (P <0. 05 ). Conclusion The insertion of the snap ring forms a new retention zone on the tooth surface, promoting bacterial deposition and cariogenic bacterial multiplication.
