西南地区某公路隧道通车运营不久,局部段落出现衬砌开裂、路面破损隆起、检修道挤压变形错位,且处于发展状态。根据病害情况结合检测报告及勘察设计文件等资料,对病害原因进行了分析,得出隧道基底软化膨胀、承载力不足是衬砌病害产生的主要原因,认为隧底加固为病害处治的关键,进而提出衬砌增加仰拱方案和隧底注浆加固方案。2种方案进行综合比选后,采用衬砌增加仰拱方案对隧道病害进行了处治,有效抑制病害的发展,为运营安全提供了有力保障。
Shortly after the opening of a certain highway tunnel in southwest China, tunnel lining cracking occurred in some sections, the road surface was damaged and uplifted, and the deformation of overhaul roads was dislocated and in a state of development. Based on the disease situation, combined with the test report and survey design documents, the cause of the disease is analyzed. The result shows that the softening and expansion of the tunnel base and the insufficient bearing capacity are the main causes of the lining disease. It is concluded that the tunnel bottom reinforcement is the key to disease treatment, Lining to increase the program of inverted arch and tunnel grouting reinforcement program. After the comprehensive comparison and selection of the two kinds of schemes, the program of using the lining to increase the inverting arch was adopted to treat the tunnel diseases and effectively suppress the development of the disease, thus providing a powerful guarantee for the operation safety.
