外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(Vulrovaginal candidiasis,VVC)是一种常见的妇科疾病,在细菌感染的外阴阴道炎之后位于外阴阴道感染性炎症的第二位,有慢性、长期和复发倾向。资料显示,有75%的妇女在一生中患过VVC。近年来国内外对VVC的诊断及治疗研究较多,本文就诊断及治疗方面作如下总结。
