目的了解柳州市某社区55岁及以上中老年人膳食营养状况,为当地中老年人合理膳食提供基础性依据。方法采用食物模型和食物容器结合24 h回顾性膳食调查社区居民摄入食物种类和数量,与中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量及膳食平衡宝塔、2002年广西营养调查相比,评价调查对象的营养素摄入情况。结果粮谷类[(239.66±123.73)g]、大豆类[(5.75±25.18)g]、鱼类[(22.76±51.62)g]、奶类[(5.74±25.18)g]、蔬菜[(169.92±203.41)g]、水果[(49.11±89.62)g]摄入不足,奶类,大豆类,蔬菜和水果明显低于推荐量。除蛋白质、硫胺素和铁等外,其他营养素均低于推荐摄入量、2002年广西营养调查(城市居民)水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论当地中老年人群膳食结构不合理,营养素缺乏,建议增加奶类和豆类,增加蔬菜和水果的摄入。
Objective To understand the nutritional status of middle-aged and elderly people aged 55 years old and above in a community in Liuzhou City, and provide a basis for reasonable diet of middle-aged and elderly people in Liuzhou. Methods By using food model and food container combined with 24 h retrospective dietary survey, the types and quantities of food consumed by community residents were compared with those of Chinese residents’ reference intake of dietary nutrients and dietary balance pagoda in 2002 Guangxi Nutrition Survey Ingestion. Results The results showed that the average grain yield of grain [(239.66 ± 123.73) g], soybean [(5.75 ± 25.18) g], fish [(22.76 ± 51.62) g] 203.41) g] and fruit [(49.11 ± 89.62) g], while milk, soybeans, vegetables and fruits were significantly lower than recommended. In addition to protein, thiamine and iron, other nutrients were lower than the recommended intake of Guangxi Nutrition Survey in 2002 (urban residents) levels, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.001). Conclusion The middle-aged and elderly population have unreasonable diet and lack of nutrients. It is suggested to increase milk and beans to increase the intake of vegetables and fruits.
