本文阐述了用过渡液相扩散连接方法焊接K3镍基铸造高温合金的基本工艺。对某型新机低压二级涡轮导向叶片扇形段的试悍结果表明,过渡液相扩散连接是析出强化型高温合金的理想焊接方法。
This paper describes the basic process of welding K3 nickel base superalloy by transition liquid phase diffusion bonding method. The test results of fan-shaped sections of a new type of low-pressure two-stage turbine guide vane show that the transitional liquid phase diffusion bonding is the ideal welding method for precipitating the strengthened superalloy.
