在当下的中国,“文化创意产业”是一个很时尚的语汇,随着媒体的大肆宣传,“文化创意产业”正在从精英话语层面逐渐进入到大众话语层面。一系列的相关政策和课题也都在酝酿和研究之中。然而,笔者认为,文化创意产业在中国的发展还缺乏很多条件,尤其是缺乏对于个人创造性的认识和培养。如果对照英国等发达国家“创意产业”产生和发展的脉络,认真研究中国当下的社会环境、相关资源和教育方式,或许,我们对中国文化创意产业的发展条件和发展策略会有更清醒的认识,也会对于个人创造性的培养更加重视。
In current China, “cultural and creative industries” is a very fashionable vocabulary. As the media hype, the “cultural and creative industries” are gradually moving from the level of elite discourse to the level of popular discourse. A series of related policies and topics are also brewing and research. However, I believe that the development of cultural and creative industries in China still lacks many conditions, especially the lack of awareness of individual creativity and training.
