本文报告经手术或病理证实的肺癌110例,与非癌性肺部疾病100例,分别用于电子计算机计量鉴别诊断的回顾性验证。根据最大似然法一数学概率的模型,将210例的临床与X线所见,结合一些高级胸内科医师的经验,经过电子计算机计算,最后得出38个项目计量鉴别诊断的指数表。应用TRS—80微型机与PC—1211袖珍型计算机编制出程序,按照计量诊断指数表,将110例肺癌与100例非癌性病例进行验证,其诊断正确率分别为99%与97%。
This article reports 110 cases of lung cancer confirmed by surgery or pathology, and 100 cases of non-cancerous lung disease, respectively, for the retrospective validation of computerized differential diagnosis. According to the model of maximum likelihood-mathematical probability, the clinical and X-ray findings of 210 cases, combined with the experience of some advanced chest physicians, were calculated by computer. Finally, the index of differential diagnosis of 38 items was obtained. Using TRS-80 microcomputer and PC-1211 pocket-sized computer to create a program, according to the measurement diagnostic index table, 110 cases of lung cancer and 100 cases of non-cancerous cases were verified. The diagnostic accuracy rates were 99% and 97%, respectively.
