在钎焊温度 1 043~ 1 393 K、钎焊时间 3~ 60 min条件下,对 Al2O3/(Ag72Cu28)97Ti3/Nb接头进行了钎焊试验。结果证实, (Ag72Cu28)97Ti3钎料能有效实现 Al2O3与 Nb连接并可获得较高连接强度。结合 SEM及 EDS测试结果,探讨分析了工艺参数对接头强度的影响,提出了改善接头强度的工艺措施。
The brazing tests of Al2O3 / (Ag72Cu28) 97Ti3 / Nb joints were carried out at brazing temperature of 1 043 ~ 1 393 K and brazing time of 3 ~ 60 min. The results confirmed that (Ag72Cu28) 97Ti3 solder can effectively achieve the connection of Al2O3 and Nb and obtain higher bonding strength. Combined with the SEM and EDS test results, the influence of process parameters on the strength of the joint was discussed, and the technical measures to improve the strength of the joint were put forward.
