校园文化是高职学校综合实力的重要体现,加强校园文化建设是有理想的高职学校发展的必由之路。针对高职校园文化的缺失,分析了当前高职院校校园文化建设存在的问题,探究其产生的原因,研究如何改进和加强校园文化建设,创建有高职院校特色的校园文化,提出了切实可行的校园文化建设的原则、目标和途径方法,这对发挥校园文化的育人功能具有较强的现实意义。
