采用薄层色谱法和紫外光谱法,以大黄素、大黄酚、二苯乙烯甙作为客观指标,鉴别何首乌及其混伪品,方法简便、可靠。毛脉蓼与何首乌理化鉴别特征的相似性,揭示二者含有多种相同的成份,为寻找何首乌新的药用资源提供了信息。
Thin-layer chromatography and ultraviolet spectroscopy were used to identify radix din, chrysophanol, and stilbene as objective indicators to identify Polygonum multiflorum and its adulterants. The method was simple and reliable. The similarity of the physical and chemical identification characteristics of Radix pilosula and Radix Polygoni multiflori reveals that the two contain multiple identical components and provide information for finding new medicinal resources of Polygonum multiflorum.
